About TCI

The Continence Institute (TCI) offers education packages to facilities, staff members, professional users and carers on all aspects of continence assessment, management and treatment.

TCI courses are researched and developed by our specialist team of qualified Continence Nurse Advisors and are regularly reviewed in order to ensure all information reflects current evidence-based best practice.

TCI courses are conducted online in complement with our daily face-to-face education and training to facilities, which affords staff the opportunity to actively participate in 'hands on' demonstrations, ask questions, and engage in discussion with their peers and superiors.

The online learning centre provides access to learning materials and also allows staff to complete interactive quizzes and obtain a certificate for each course.

Facility and Group management are able to access the online reporting centre in order to generate reports on staff enrolments, course completions, quiz results, awarded certificates and staff evaluations.

Our Continence History

iD products are produced by Ontex, one of Europe’s largest branded and private label manufacturers of hygienic disposable products who, with a constant focus on quality and innovation, supply a wide range of branded products for the management of incontinence. Ontex also manufactures private label products for major retailers.

Our Dedicated Team

Ontex Healthcare understands the importance of maintaining face-to-face contact, which is why all our customers are eligible to benefit from our extensive support packages developed to offer a wide range of tailored services. Support is provided by a large team of field-based staff all of whom are carefully selected, appropriately trained and qualified.

Every customer is allocated a dedicated Account Manager who is accountable for ensuring that unbeatable service levels are delivered throughout implementation and for the duration of the contract. In addition, the Account Managers are supported in the field by a team of Product Specialists who carry out regular training and support projects. All our Product Specialists are experienced Registered General Nurses. Both these teams are supported by the head office based Customer Services Department which is dedicated to providing on-going support to all our customers.

All iD customers can be assured of complete support for the duration of their contract with us. There are a number of different contract administration options available which are tailored to the customer’s specific needs. We take customer service very seriously and regularly monitor our own performance.
